History/presentation

We exploit a family field, of a surface of 11ha, via the civil company Louis Carillon and Wire, created in 1981. Currently Jacques and François Carillon are the joint managers.

The Carillon are wine growers in Puligny Montrachet since XVIème century, where we find Jehan Carillon wine grower in Puligny in 1520. The drawing for our label is the reproduction of a lintel of door.

We sell the greatest part of our harvest in bottles (only regional names are sold in bulk). The largest quantity is distributed by importers in the whole world, the other part in France with the restaurants, the cavists and private customers.
